Then the priest must take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering, and he must pour out the rest of its blood at the base of the altar of burnt offering.

“‘Any tithe ¹  of the land, from the grain of the land or from the fruit of the trees, belongs to the Lord; it is holy to the Lord.

The meat of his ¹  thanksgiving peace offering must be eaten on the day of his offering; he must not set any of it aside until morning.

“‘This is the law of the grain offering. The sons of Aaron are to present it ¹  before the Lord in front of the altar,

In all your landed property ¹  you must provide for the right of redemption of the land. ² 

The priest will then take some of the log of olive oil and pour it into his own left hand. ¹ 

“‘You must count off ¹  seven weeks of years, seven times seven years, ²  and the days of the seven weeks of years will amount to forty-nine years. ³ 

or in the warp or woof ¹  of the linen or the wool, or in leather or anything made of leather, ² 

The priest will then put some of the rest of the olive oil that is in his hand ¹  on the right earlobe of the one being cleansed, on the thumb of his right hand, and on the big toe of his right foot, on the blood of the guilt offering,

Then he is to slaughter the male lamb of the guilt offering, and the priest is to take some of the blood of the guilt offering and put it on the right earlobe of the one being cleansed, ¹  on the thumb of his right hand, and on the big toe ²  of his right foot.

Then the priest is to put some of the olive oil that is in his hand ¹  on the right earlobe of the one being cleansed, on the thumb of his right hand, and on the big toe of his right foot, on the place of the blood of the guilt offering,

You must not do injustice in the regulation of measures, whether of length, weight, or volume. ¹ 

Then that high priest must take some of the blood ¹  of the bull and bring it to the Meeting Tent.
