Furthermore, ¹  they did not repent of their murders, of their magic spells, ²  of their sexual immorality, or of their stealing.

Then ¹  I saw three unclean spirits ²  that looked like frogs coming out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.

Then ¹  the angel ²  showed me the river of the water of life – water as clear as crystal – pouring out ³  from the throne of God and of the Lamb,

They blasphemed the God of heaven because of their sufferings ¹  and because of their sores, ²  but nevertheless ³  they still refused to repent ⁴  of their deeds.

The ¹  wall of the city has twelve foundations, and on them are the twelve names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.

From the tribe of Judah, twelve thousand were sealed, from the tribe of Reuben, twelve thousand, from the tribe of Gad, twelve thousand,

from the tribe of Asher, twelve thousand, from the tribe of Naphtali, twelve thousand, from the tribe of Manasseh, twelve thousand,

from the tribe of Simeon, twelve thousand, from the tribe of Levi, twelve thousand, from the tribe of Issachar, twelve thousand,

from the tribe of Zebulun, twelve thousand, from the tribe of Joseph, twelve thousand, from the tribe of Benjamin, twelve thousand were sealed.

to eat ¹  your fill ²  of the flesh of kings, the flesh of generals, ³  the flesh of powerful people, the flesh of horses and those who ride them, and the flesh of all people, both free and slave, ⁴  and small and great!”

cargo such as gold, silver, ¹  precious stones, pearls, fine linen, purple cloth, silk, ²  scarlet cloth, ³  all sorts of things made of citron wood, ⁴  all sorts of objects made of ivory, all sorts of things made of expensive wood, bronze, iron and marble,

On ¹  her forehead was written a name, a mystery: ²  “Babylon the Great, the Mother of prostitutes and of the detestable things of the earth.”

Then ¹  one of the elders said ²  to me, “Stop weeping! ³  Look, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the root of David, has conquered; ⁴  thus he can open ⁵  the scroll and its seven seals.”

flowing down the middle of the city’s ¹  main street. ²  On each side ³  of the river is the tree of life producing twelve kinds ⁴  of fruit, yielding its fruit every month of the year. ⁵  Its leaves are for the healing of the nations.

Then ¹  out of the smoke came locusts onto the earth, and they were given power ²  like that of the scorpions of the earth.

and a third of the creatures ¹  living in the sea died, and a third of the ships were completely destroyed. ² 

Then ¹  the fourth angel blew his trumpet, and a third of the sun was struck, and a third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that a third of them were darkened. And there was no light for a third of the day ²  and for a third of the night likewise.

From ¹  the throne came out flashes of lightning and roaring ²  and crashes of thunder. Seven flaming torches, which are the seven spirits of God, ³  were burning in front of the throne

He has a name written on his clothing and on his thigh: “King of kings and Lord of lords.”

Then ¹  Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death – the lake of fire.
