23:3 and the whole <03605> assembly <06951> made <03772> a covenant <01285> with <05973> the king <04428> in the temple <01004> of God <0430>. Jehoiada said <0559> to them <01992>, “The king’s <04428> son <01121> will rule <04427>, just as <0834> the Lord <03069> promised <01696> David’s <01732> descendants <01121>. 23:4 This <02088> is what <0834> you must do <06213>. One third <07992> of you priests <03548> and Levites <03881> who are on duty <0935> during the Sabbath <07676> will guard <07778> the doors <05592>. 23:5 Another third <07992> of you will be stationed at the royal <04428> palace <01004> and still another third <07992> at the Foundation <03247> Gate <08179>.
