Ephesians 3:6

3:6 namely, that through the gospel ¹  the Gentiles are fellow heirs, fellow members ²  of the body, and fellow partakers of the promise in Christ Jesus.

Titus 3:7

3:7 And so, ³  since we have been justified by his grace, we become heirs with the confident expectation of eternal life.” ⁴ 

Hebrews 1:14

1:14 Are they not all ministering spirits, sent out to serve those ⁵  who will inherit salvation?

[3:6]  ¹ sn The phrase through the gospel is placed last in the sentence in Greek for emphasis. It has been moved forward for clarity.

[3:6]  ² tn Grk “and fellow members.”

[3:7]  ³ tn This is the conclusion of a single, skillfully composed sentence in Greek encompassing Titus 3:4-7. Showing the goal of God’s merciful salvation, v. 7 begins literally, “in order that, being justified…we might become heirs…”

[3:7]  ⁴ tn Grk “heirs according to the hope of eternal life.”

[1:14]  ⁵ tn Grk “sent for service for the sake of those.”
