Psalms 27:7-8

• Indahnya Saat yang Teduh [KJ.454] ( Sweet Hour of Prayer )

  1. Indahnya saat teduh menghadap takhta Bapaku: kunaikkan doa padaNya, sehingga hatiku lega. Di waktu bimbang dan gentar, jiwaku aman dan Segar; 'ku bebas dari seteru di dalam saat yang teduh.	Ibr 4:16 Flp 4:6
  2. Indahnya saat yang teduh dengan bahagia penuh. Betapa rindu hatiku kepada saat doaku. Bersama orang yang kudus kucari wajah Penebus; Dengan gembira dan teguh kunanti saat yang teduh.	Mzm 16:3 Mzm 133

• Serahkan pada Tuhan [KJ.417]

  1. Serahkan pada Tuhan seluruh jalanmu; kuatirmu semua ditanggungNya penuh. Sedangkan angin lalu dituntun tanganNya, Pun jalan di depanmu, Tuhan mengaturnya.	Mzm 37:5 1 Ptr 5:7
  2. Hendaklah kau percaya kepada Tuhanmu; niscaya kau bahagia, kerjamu pun teguh. Usahamu sendiri takkan menolongmu; Tuhanmu mengingini doamu yang tekun.	Mzm 1:3 Yoh 15:5
  3. Ya Bapa yang rahmani, Kau sungguh mengenal yang baik bagi kami di dalam tiap hal. Setia kaulakukan maksudMu yang tetap; Terwujudlah semua sempurna dan lengkap.	Rm 8:28

  6. Tentulah kadang-kadang tak nampak tanganNya, bagaikan t'lah terhadang terang anugerah, seolah-olah Tuhan tak lagi mendengar keluhan dan seruan di saat kau gentar.	Mzm 13:2-3 Mzm 28:1
  7. Tetap senantiasa percayalah teguh; tak mungkin kau binasa di pergumulanmu. Tuhanmu mengalihkan yang paling susah pun menjadi kebajikan di jalan hidupmu.	Mzm 13:6 1 Kor 10:13
  8. Alihkanlah, ya Tuhan, segala kemelut dan ajar kami pula berjuang bertekun. Setia Kau menjaga, membimbing umatMu Di dalam perjalanan menuju sorgaMu.

• [Psa 27:7] O Lord, Give Ear Unto My Voice

  O Lord, give ear unto my voice, when I do cry to Thee; Upon me also mercy have, and do Thou answer me. When Thou didst say, “Seek ye My face,” then unto Thee reply Thus did my heart, above all things Thy face, Lord, seek will I. Far from me hide not Thou Thy face; put not away from Thee Thy servant in Thy wrath: Thou hast a helper been to me. O God of my salvation, leave me not, nor forsake: Though me my parents both should leave, the Lord will me up take. O Lord, instruct me in Thy way, to me a leader be In a plain path, because of those that hatred bear to me. Give me not to mine enemies’ will; for witnesses that lie Against me risen are, and such as breathe out cruelty. I fainted had, unless that I believèd had to see The Lord’s own goodness in the land of them that living be. Wait on the Lord, and be thou strong, and He shall strength afford Unto thine heart; yea, do thou wait, I say, upon the Lord.

• [Psa 27:7] O Lord, Give Heed Unto Our Plea

  O Lord, give heed unto our plea, O Spirit, grant Thy graces, That we who put our trust in Thee May rightly sing Thy praises. Thy Word, O Christ, unto us give, That grace and pow’r we may receive To follow Thee, our Master. Touch Thou the shepherd’s lips, O Lord, That in this blessèd hour He may proclaim Thy sacred Word With unction and with power. What Thou wouldst have Thy servant say, Put Thou into his heart, we pray, With grace and strength to say it. Let heart and ear be opened wide Unto Thy Word and pleading; Our minds, O Holy Spirit, guide By Thine own light and leading. The law of Christ we would fulfill, And walk according to His will, His Word our rule of living.

• [Psa 27:8] Lord, We Come Before Thee Now

  Lord, we come before Thee now, At Thy feet we humbly bow; Oh, do not our suit disdain! Shall we seek Thee, Lord, in vain? Lord, on Thee our souls depend; In compassion now descend, Fill our hearts with Thy rich grace, Tune our lips to sing Thy praise. In Thine own appointed way Now we seek Thee, here we stay. Lord, we know not how to go Till a blessing Thou bestow. Send some message from Thy Word That may joy and peace afford; Let Thy Spirit now impart Full salvation to each heart. Comfort those who weep and mourn, Let the time of joy return; Those that are cast down lift up, Make them strong in faith and hope. Grant that all may seek and find Thee a gracious God and kind. Heal the sick, the captive free; Let us all rejoice in Thee.

  Soon as I heard my Father say, “Ye children, seek My grace,” My heart replied without delay, “I’ll seek my Father’s face.” Let not Thy face be hid from me, Nor frown my soul away; God of my life, I fly to Thee In a distressing day. Should friends and kindred near and dear Leave me to want or die, My God would make my life His care, And all my need supply. My fainting flesh had died with grief Had not my soul believed, To see Thy grace provide relief; Nor was my hope deceived. Wait on the Lord, ye trembling saints, And keep your courage up; He’ll raise your spirit when it faints, And far exceed your hope.

• [Psa 28:1] O Lord, To Thee I Cry

  O Lord, to Thee I cry; Thou art my Rock and Trust; O be not silent, lest I die And slumber in the dust. O hear me when in prayer Thy favor I entreat; Hear, while I lift imploring hands Before Thy mercy seat. O draw me not away With those of evil will; With them who speak of peace indeed, But still are plotting ill. Requite them for their wrong, Their evil deeds, O Lord; O give them then their just desert, And to their deeds reward. Thy deeds they disregard, Thy handiwork despise; And therefore Thou wilt cast them down And never let them rise. But blessèd be the Lord Who hearkens when I cry; The Lord, my Strength, my Help, my Shield, On Him will I rely. His help makes glad my heart, And songs of praise I sing; Jehovah is His people’s Strength, The Stronghold of their king. Bless Thine inheritance, Our Savior be, I pray; Supply Thou all Thy people’s need, And be their constant Stay.

• [Psa 55:1] Jehovah, To My Prayer Give Ear

  Jehovah, to my prayer give ear, Nor hide Thee from my cry; Attend my sad complaint, and hear My restless moan and sigh. My enemies lift up their voice, The violent oppress; To do me wrong my foes rejoice, And love my soul’s distress. Sore pained in heart I find no ease, Death’s terrors fill my soul, Great fear and trembling on me seize, And horrors o’er me roll. O had I wings, I sigh and say, Like some swift dove to roam, Then I would hasten far away And a find a peaceful home. Lo, wandering far, my rest would be In some lone desert waste; I from the stormy wind would flee, And to a shelter haste. O Lord, their malice recompense Their wicked tongues confound, For in the city violence And bitter strife abound. They walk her walls both night and day, Within all vices meet; Oppression, fraud and crime hold sway, Nor leave the crowded street. No foreign foe provokes alarm, But enemies within; May God destroy their power to harm And recompense their sin.

• [Psa 64:1] Hear, Lord, The Voice Of My Complaint

  Hear, Lord, the voice of my complaint, Preserve my life from fear; Hide me from plotting enemies And evil, crowding near. The workers of iniquity, Their deadly shafts prepare; They aim at me their treacherous words; O save me from their snare. The wicked in their base designs Grow arrogant and bold; Conspiring secretly, they think That God will not behold; They search out more iniquity, Their thoughts and plans are deep, But God will smite, for He is near His saints to guard and keep. The wicked, by their sins o’ercome, Shall soon be brought to shame; The hand of God shall yet appear, And all shall fear His Name. The just shall triumph in the Lord, Their trust shall be secure, And endless glory then shall crown The upright and the pure.

  Unmoved by fear, my praise is due To Thee, Thou gracious God of saints; Thy mercies great, Thy counsel true, My prayers are heard and my complaints; My prayers are heard and my complaints.
