25:1 Amaziah <0558> was twenty-five <02568> <06242> years <08141> old <01121> when he began to reign, and he reigned <04427> for twenty-nine <08672> <06242> years <08141> in Jerusalem <03389>. His mother <0517> was Jehoaddan <03086>, who was from Jerusalem <03389>. 25:2 He did <06213> what the Lord <03068> approved <05869> <03477>, but <07535> not <03808> with wholehearted devotion <08003> <03824>. 25:3 When <0834> <01961> he had secured <02388> control of the kingdom <04467>, he executed <02026> the servants <05650> who had assassinated <05221> his father <01>. 25:4 However, he did not <03808> execute <04191> their sons <01121>.
